The meteorological agency forecasts that from this evening until the end of the night of October 28, in the area from Da Nang - Quang Ngai and Kon Tum, there will be heavy rain, locally very heavy rain with rainfall from 70-150mm, locally over 200mm.

On the day and night of October 29, the area from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue continued to have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain with rainfall from 20-50mm, locally over 100mm.

Heavy rain and localized heavy rain are likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.

In addition, the Northern region is experiencing a cold spell that has caused temperatures to drop significantly and showers to appear.
