The Meteorological Agency warns that the area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.
