According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, storm No. 8 is weakening. According to the forecast, at 10 p.m. on November 14, the center of the storm was at about 20.3N-113.0E; in the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 6-7, gusting to level 9. The storm moves in a West-Southwest direction, about 10km/h, and weakens into a tropical depression.
