The forecast indicates that at 10 PM on November 14th, the typhoon's center will be located at approximately 20.3°N-113.0°E, in the northern part of the North East Sea. The strongest winds near the center will be at force 6-7, gusting to force 9. The typhoon is moving west-southwest at about 10 km/h and will weaken into a tropical depression.
