According to analysts, recent data has signaled a slowdown in growth in the US, the Eurozone, and China. Central banks are moving closer to a serious interest rate cut.
The Fed raised interest rates aggressively in 2022 and 2023 to curb soaring inflation. Rising borrowing costs for consumers and businesses slowed economic growth and reduced demand for oil. Therefore, lower interest rates in the future could boost oil demand.
