According to Director of the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station Dang Hoang Lam, on the river banks and canals in the province, the highest daily peak water level tends to rise slowly with little change on day 1, gradually decrease from day 2 to day 4, rise slowly from day 5 to April 13, 2025; fluctuate with little change on days 14 and 15, gradually decrease from day 16 to days 20 and 21, gradually increase from day 22 to April 30, 2025.
The lowest tide level gradually decreases from the 1st to the 3rd, gradually increases from the 4th to the 6th, decreases on the 7th and 8th, gradually increases from the 9th to the 12th, gradually decreases from the 13th to the 17th, fluctuates up and down unsteadily from the 18th to the 23rd, gradually increases from the 24th to the 25th, gradually decreases from the 26th to the 29th, and has little change on April 30, 2025.
The highest peak tide occurs in the first and last days of the month (April 1, 2, 29, 30). The lowest trough tide occurs in the first and last days of April 2025 (April 2, 3, 29, 30, 2025).
Warning of dangerous hydrological phenomena : high tide peak water level appears higher than alarm level I: 1cm to higher than alarm level II: 2cm on April 1, 2 and 29, 30, 2025.
Impact capacity: Potential for flooding and landslides due to high tides combined with northeast winds and other factors. Especially low-lying areas, weak dyke areas - outside the dyke, sandbanks, islands, riverside areas, coastal areas throughout the province.
