Báo Thanh niên•29/11/2023
Quang Tri People's Committee has asked for opinions from the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense regarding a wind power project in the border area requesting to sell shares to a Chinese enterprise. Currently, these two ministries have not responded in writing.
On November 29, the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Tri province said that it had just advised the People's Committee of Quang Tri province to issue a document asking for opinions from the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security on a wind power project in the area requesting to sell more than 50% of its shares to a Chinese enterprise.
This request for opinions is because the above wind power project is located in the Huong Hoa border area and the transferee of shares has foreign elements. Currently, both the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security have not responded to the document of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee on this issue.
