Agree on the policy of organizing the Quang Tri Countdown program in 2025

Today, December 12, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam chaired a working session with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VH,TT&DL), relevant departments and branches and TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company on organizing the program to Welcome the New Year 2025 (Countdown Quang Tri 2025).

The New Year 2025 program will be held on the evening of December 31, 2024 at the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center Square with the theme "Tet of Courage". The program is organized by Camel Vietnam Trading Joint Stock Company; the implementing unit is Hoang Phuc Media Services Joint Stock Company. The program has 2 parts, including the ceremony with the theme "Open the lid of courage", the festival with the theme "Unlimited courage". This is the second time TTC International Beer Joint Stock Company has organized a New Year program, after organizing Countdown Quang Tri 2024.

The 2025 New Year's Eve program is organized on a grand scale, with investment in modern stage, sound and lighting systems, applying AI technology, with the participation of many young and famous artists and bands. Singers and bands participating in the program include: Dan Truong, Chau Khai Phong, Dat Long Vinh, Ha Myo, Pham Lich, Minh Thi, Rapper Sona, Mario Band, Camel Dance Group... will perform special performances on the theme of homeland and country, praising the new vitality of Quang Tri land. In addition, there will be low-altitude fireworks to welcome the new year.

This is a special cultural, artistic and entertainment event to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for the people and tourists, closing a year of 2024 with many impressions, starting a year of 2025 with many new beliefs and hopes. At the same time, it contributes to promoting and introducing the land and people of Quang Tri to domestic and international friends as well as promoting local socio-economic development.

Based on the opinions of departments, branches, localities, and organizing units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam agreed in principle to organize the Quang Tri Countdown program in 2025 on the evening of December 31, 2024 at the Provincial Cultural - Cinema Center.

Regarding the content, the theme of the program must be unified, while noting that it must convey the spirit of the people, the homeland of Quang Tri and the spirit of the Vietnamese people. It is recommended that the organizing unit take into account the opinions at the meeting to make appropriate adjustments; focus on high cultural quality in a major entertainment event, and at the same time integrate propaganda on traffic culture "If you drink alcohol, do not drive".

Regarding the live broadcast time on television starting from 9:30 p.m. on December 31, 2024. During the implementation process, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will be assigned to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units.
