Giving "fishing rods" to help the poor rise up

Ly Chu Phin A village, Sang Tung commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province has 32 households, with 154 people, 100% of whom are Mong ethnic people. The traditional economy of the ethnic minorities is farming, raising livestock and exploiting nature, which only plays a supporting role. However, thanks to the support resources from the National Target Programs: New Rural Areas; Sustainable Poverty Reduction and the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021 - 2030, Phase I: From 2021 - 2025 (abbreviated as National Target Program 1719), the appearance and material and spiritual life of the Mong ethnic people here have changed and become much more prosperous.
