DTO - On the afternoon of April 18, at Ho Chi Minh City National University, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province and Ho Chi Minh City National University signed a cooperation agreement to promote the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in Dong Thap province. At the same time, a three-way cooperation agreement was signed between the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, Ho Chi Minh City National University and Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company.

Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Hai Quan highly appreciated Dong Thap province in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; at the same time, he said that he would accompany the province to improve the quality of human resources and develop science and technology.
