Dong Nhi officially released the album Theater of dreams April 19 evening. Her fourth studio album marks the 17th anniversary of her musical career.
Unlike usual, Dong Nhi did not choose to release a MV for the main song of the album but instead chose to organize a showcase (performance) to promote this project. The female singer treated the audience to more visuals than an MV, so she invested in the stage and recorded and released live versions of the songs in the album right after the showcase.
Within the framework of a showcase with nearly 700 audiences and guests, Dong Nhi invested in staging, sound and lighting no different from a concert. The female singer has always invested meticulously and grandly in all projects up to now. The album launch showcase was directed by musician - music producer Ho Hoai Anh.
The album Theater of dreams is a dedicated product composed and produced by DTAP for Dong Nhi. DTAP chose Tarot as the concept for Dong Nhi's album. The album with 13 songs is divided into 3 chapters with many music genres such as: Hip hop, Rock, Chillout, Orchestra, Epic, Orchestra, Future Bass, Hyper Pop, House, Disco... It is like an emotional journey where the artist finds the core of his ego, worldview, emotions as well as music.
DTAP has devoted a lot of effort, listening and discussing with Dong Nhi to create a unique, deep and very modern musical space. In addition to familiar sounds, Dong Nhi's experimentation with new music genres in this album once again affirms that she never wants to stop in her comfort zone but is always ready to explore, improve and renew herself in music.
Currently, the physical version of the album has been sold out by the singer's fans after going on sale. This is a special edition to celebrate, so Dong Nhi did not choose to release it widely. Dong Nhi also organized many promotional games, a Listening Party to select 7 lucky fans to listen to the album in advance... At the same time, in the days before the official release, a short music clip of the song " Ky si va anh sao " that Dong Nhi "teased" on TikTok went viral overnight.
