Specifically, on March 27, a group of students from the College of Mechanics and Irrigation (Ho Nai 3 Commune, Trang Bom District) injured a 10th grade student from Tan Hoa Secondary School (Tan Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City). On March 28, another clip appeared on social media, allegedly showing a student from Bau Ham Secondary School (Bau Ham Commune, Trang Bom District) being "beaten" unconscious by a group of young men.

In order to continue to rectify and improve the effectiveness of management andeducation of students, build a safe and healthy educational environment, proactively prevent school violence and violations of the law, the Department of Education and Training requires educational institutions to seriously strengthen management and legal education for students.

Educational institutions continue to review, consolidate and promote the effectiveness of the role of the Psychological Counseling Team in schools, while strengthening education and guidance on skills to handle and respond to situations leading to school violence. Organize students to sign a commitment not to violate the law, traffic safety, not to commit acts of school violence and not to film or distribute violent clips on social networks...

Along with that, schools promptly implement many measures to grasp the psychology and family circumstances of students, especially students with special circumstances, to have appropriate and effective management and education measures. Strengthen moral education, cultural lifestyle associated with implementing internal rules and regulations to build discipline and order in schools. Resolutely coordinate to strictly handle according to legal regulations with violations of internal rules and laws to set an example and deter.
