At the conference, Deputy Head of the Regional Customs Sub-Department 18 Nguyen Duong Hoai said that in 2025, Dong Nai was assigned the task of collecting over 22 trillion VND in state budget revenue from import and export. When assigned the task, leaders of central ministries and branches also relied on the potential and advantages of budget revenue to assign targets to localities, including tax revenue from import and export enterprises in the province.

Regional Customs Sub-Department 18 is a pioneer in reforming administrative procedures of the customs sector, especially in digital transformation. Over the past time, the unit has always accompanied and supported businesses in the process of implementing customs procedures, creating favorable conditions for businesses in the province.

At the conference, the customs sector disseminated new policies; at the same time listened to difficulties and obstacles in the production and business activities, thereby calling on enterprises to carry out customs registration procedures and contribute to the provincial budget.

In addition, the conference also listened to the opinions of businesses related to regulations on the place of customs registration, goods transportation as well as tax payment to the state budget. These opinions and questions were specifically answered by leaders of the customs sector, departments and branches at the conference.

The leaders of the Regional Customs Sub-Department 18 are committed to creating the best conditions for businesses to complete procedures quickly, conveniently and in accordance with the law. At the same time, the sub-department will resolve difficulties and obstacles for businesses as soon as possible within its authority. For issues beyond its authority, the Regional Customs Sub-Department 18 will record and report to superiors for the earliest resolution.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung emphasized that Dong Nai is striving for double-digit economic growth under the direction of the Politburo . In particular, import-export enterprises are one of the important contributors to the completion of the province's common goals. The sustainable development of the locality cannot be separated from the companionship and contribution of the business community. Therefore, in recent times, the provincial leaders and departments have always strived to improve the investment environment to become an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.

Provincial leaders hope that businesses attending the conference will discuss frankly, raise difficulties in the process of operating in Dong Nai, on that basis propose solutions to remove obstacles, create conditions for businesses to operate effectively, develop quickly and grow strongly.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that currently, some enterprises are operating in the province but paying taxes elsewhere. Meanwhile, most of the employees working for enterprises in the province live with their families in Dong Nai. Therefore, the province always pays attention to, cares for and ensures social security, living conditions, infrastructure, health care, education, etc. In order to share with the locality, the province hopes that enterprises in the province will register, declare customs procedures in Dong Nai and pay taxes to the provincial budget, accompanying the province in the process of building and developing Dong Nai in terms of economy , social security and society.
