Dong Nai calls for investors to implement a 2.85-hectare social housing project in Bien Hoa city.

According to the documents, the above project has an area of ​​2.85 hectares, of which the land area for building residential floors is nearly 1.77 hectares. The project has 22 floors and 1 basement, capable of accommodating about 4,000 people. The total preliminary cost is more than 2,000 billion VND.

The project's operating period is 50 years from the date the competent authority decides to approve the project investment policy.

The expected progress is to complete investment procedures, investor selection, land, and construction by September 2025; from October 2025 to November 2027, construction of the project, and completion of project procedures; and by December 2027, the project will be completed and put into operation and business.
