Dong Nai reviews 7 contractors for violating contract progress of key projects

Accordingly, there are 7 contractors constructing Component Project 1 of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Component Project 3 of Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City violating the contract construction progress.

That is, Hoa Binh 479 Joint Stock Company (construction package No. 18); Construction Corporation No. 1-CTCP (construction package No. 21); Hai Dang Joint Stock Company (construction package No. 21) violated the contract progress for Component Project 1 of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway.

At the Component 3 Project of Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City, the investor announced a violation of contract progress with Tan Nam Construction Joint Stock Company (construction package No. 26).

In addition, the Dong Nai Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board also reviewed and reminded the construction progress of 3 contractors of Package 18, Component Project 1, Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway including: Truong Son Construction Corporation, Construction Service and Trade Joint Stock Company 68 and Trung Nam Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company.

The above contractors were criticized for delays in mobilizing personnel, vehicles, equipment, and materials for construction work, leading to delays in construction progress at the site.

The Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board requested contractors to urgently mobilize human resources and machinery to speed up construction progress on the handed-over site.

Re-establish the overall and detailed construction schedule in the spirit of "3 shifts, 4 crews" acceleration, ensuring the completion of projects according to the approved plan.

The Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project is over 54km long, from Dong Nai to Ba Ria-Vung Tau. Of which, the section through Dong Nai is over 34km long with 2 component projects.

The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project is over 76 km long, passing through Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An. Of which, the section passing through Dong Nai is Component Project 3, with a length of over 11 km.
