Dong Nai calls for investment in 3 social housing projects worth 3,000 billion VND

The Social Housing Project ChC1 and ChC2 in Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City and 2 Social Housing Apartment Projects in Phuoc An Commune, Nhon Trach District are 3 projects that Dong Nai Province has just announced information to find investors.

Specifically, according to information from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, these 3 projects calling for investment have an estimated total investment capital of about 2,970 billion VND, providing 3,790 apartments.

Dong Nai will have 3 more social housing projects.

Regarding the ChC1 and ChC2 social housing project in Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, it has an area of over 1.6 hectares, including 2 12-storey apartment buildings, nearly 500 apartments and the ability to accommodate about 2,000 people.

This project has a total investment of more than 722 billion VND (excluding compensation, support and resettlement costs). The project implementation location is the resettlement area of Highway 1 bypass Vo Nguyen Giap Street. The project has a validity period of 50 years; the time for construction, completion and operation is from now until 2026.

Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment is also looking for investors for the NOXH Apartment Complex project on a 3.71-hectare plot of land in Phuoc An Commune, Nhon Trach District with a total investment of more than VND1,206 billion. The project scale is about 3.7 hectares, serving a population of about 5,960 people. Apartment blocks with about 1,490 apartments will be built here.

Specifically, Area CC05 includes 2.4 hectares of 9-10 storey apartment land, construction density of 40% and 0.3 hectares of educational land, construction density of 40%, 1-2 storeys high. Area CC6 includes 0.4 hectares of apartment land, construction density of 45%, 5-6 storeys high. Area CC7 includes 0.6 hectares of apartment land, construction density of 45%, 5-6 storeys high.

The current status of the land for project implementation is vacant land with technical infrastructure currently managed by the Nhon Trach District Land Fund Development Center.

Accordingly, the implementation schedule is no more than 30 months from the date of selecting the investor. Complete the procedures from the 1st to the 6th month. Level the ground and build the internal traffic system from the 7th to the 13th month. Start construction of the first 2 apartment blocks according to the plan from the 14th to the 18th month. Start construction of the next 2-3 apartment blocks from the 19th to the 24th month. Start construction of the remaining apartment blocks from the 24th to the 30th month.

Another social housing project in Phuoc An commune, Nhon Trach district is also calling for investors with an area of over 2.1 hectares, including 9-12 storey blocks, with a population of 2,800 people. The total investment is over 1,000 billion VND (this is a clean land that does not require compensation or resettlement). This apartment complex will have about 1,800 apartments with an area of 25-70 m2/apartment, for sale or rent.

The project implementation schedule is 30 months from the date of selection of the winning investor. The operating period is 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on approving the invitation for expressions of interest for these Projects and assigned the Department of Planning and Investment as the inviting party, responsible for posting information and receiving expressions of interest; presiding over the review, evaluation and approval of the results of expressions of interest.
