Dong Nai calls on contractors to make efforts and determination to complete two key national projects on schedule.

According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha, currently, contractors have committed to the construction progress of projects with Dong Nai. Therefore, the province will also accelerate the implementation of solutions to relocate infrastructure systems and provide materials for contractors to speed up construction to ensure the basic completion of these projects by the end of 2025.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha also requested the Department of Construction to reward the two contractors who completed the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project ahead of schedule, namely Lizen Joint Stock Company and 68 Construction, Service and Trade Joint Stock Company. According to the assessment, these are the two contractors who have been proactive in preparing materials, machinery, equipment, and workers to complete the project ahead of schedule.

At the meeting, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that after the project sites were basically handed over, the contractors also re-established the construction progress critical path.

Meanwhile, according to the Department of Construction, through actual inspection of projects, the unit recorded that most contractors have adjusted the construction progress critical path, added more machinery, equipment and personnel, and worked overtime.

However, to ensure progress according to the direction of the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee, contractors need to proactively prepare sources of soil, rock, materials, etc. At the same time, continue to work overtime to speed up progress to ensure continuous construction, achieving or exceeding the committed target.

On the contractor side, most of them committed to speed up the construction progress to complete the project on schedule as committed to the province. At the same time, the contractors also requested the People's Committee and relevant agencies to support and speed up the relocation of technical infrastructure systems to facilitate the construction of the projects.

Along with that, the provincial authorities support and remove difficulties and obstacles in supplying sources of earth and construction stone materials to support contractors in the process of constructing projects.
