Dong Nai: More than 200 delegates attended the Traditional Security Meeting of Ba Ria - Long Khanh

The event took place at the Ba Ria - Long Khanh Security Martyrs Memorial Area (Lam San Commune, Cam My District, Dong Nai Province). More than 200 delegates, members of the Ba Ria - Long Khanh Security Liaison Committee, and representatives of the police and mass organizations of the two provinces attended the event.

Before entering the meeting, delegates offered flowers and incense, paying tribute to the great President Ho Chi Minh , expressing deep gratitude and remembering the heroic martyrs of the Ba Ria - Long Khanh Security Force who heroically sacrificed their lives in the resistance war against the US to save the country, so that the country could have peace, independence, freedom, prosperity and happiness.

At the meeting, the delegates reviewed the arduous and fierce fighting period of the Ba Ria - Long Khanh Security Forces during the resistance war against the US to save the country. They affirmed that during the 21-year long resistance war (1954 - 1975), the Security Forces in general and the Ba Ria - Long Khanh Security Forces in particular had achieved many silent and extremely glorious feats, breaking the military strategies of the US - Puppet, contributing to the Great Victory of Spring 1975, adding more glory to the heroic history of the nation.

Contributing to that common victory, there was the blood and bones of the Security force who overcame countless difficulties and determinedly fulfilled their tasks of protecting the Party, protecting the revolutionary cause of the Party, and protecting the lives and property of the people. The sacrifice of the heroic martyrs will forever be recorded in the golden pages of the nation's history as an immortal heroic epic.

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Tran Tien Dat, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, expressed his pride and gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations. The leaders, officers and soldiers of the Police of Dong Nai and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces always remember and promote the heroic tradition, will strive to successfully complete the task of fighting and preventing crime, maintaining security and order, and protecting a peaceful and happy life for the people.
