Dong Nai proposes to discipline 4 party organizations and 12 party members

Accordingly, implementing the working regulations, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee held the 42nd session to review, consider, enforce discipline and propose disciplinary action against party organizations and party members with shortcomings and violations according to the Conclusion Notice No. 105-TB/TU dated April 23, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the conclusion of the inspection when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the terms 2011-2016; 2016-2021.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed, considered responsibilities, voted to discipline and proposed to discipline 4 party organizations (Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the terms 2011-2016; 2016-2021; Standing Committee of Nhon Trach District Party Committee for the term 2020-2025) and 23 party members according to authority and regulations.

As a result, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has proposed that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee consider disciplining 4 party organizations and 12 party members.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to issue a warning to 1 party member and issue a notice of conclusion on shortcomings and violations and severely criticize 10 party members under its authority.
