The plan aims to deploy solutions and activities to support the development of e-commerce in the province, making e-commerce a popular activity used and applied in the production and business activities of enterprises, cooperatives, production and business establishments; and daily consumption activities of people. At the same time, it contributes to improving the efficiency of management and operation of state management agencies for e-commerce activities...

The plan sets out three specific goals. In particular, striving to continue to maintain the province's trade ranking index in the top 10 leading provinces and cities in Vietnam. The province will support producers and traders of products under the One Commune One Product (OCOP) program in the province to participate in training and conduct live streaming sales...

The content of the plan focuses on four key issues: building mechanisms and policies to support e-commerce development; building and developing infrastructure and services to support e-commerce development; and training and developing human resources for e-commerce.
