On the same morning, Hai Duong province started construction of provincial road 394B project and opened the East-West axis of the province to technical traffic.

Organizing the groundbreaking ceremony and technical opening of the projects on April 19 is to implement the Prime Minister's direction on organizing the groundbreaking and inauguration of projects to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

The investment project to build provincial road 394B (the section connecting provincial road 395 to the North-South axis, Thanh Mien district) has a route length of more than 6.7 km and an investment cost of more than 1,200 billion VND.

The East-West axis road construction investment project has a total route length of nearly 36.5 km, with a total project investment of nearly 1,800 billion VND.
