Dong Hoa: Removing obstacles in site clearance work

For the traffic route project from Bai Goc port connecting National Highway 1 to Van Phong Economic Zone, the locality has handed over 86.58% of the site; and for the Phuoc Tan - Bai Nga road project, the site has been handed over 98.77%. The reason for the delay in handing over the site is that some households requested compensation and support for construction assets and architectural structures illegally established on agricultural land, but did not meet the conditions for compensation according to regulations; problems with exemption of land use fees in the case of land allocation for resettlement when the State reclaims land...

The locality is mobilizing households to receive money and hand over the land; in case of disagreement, measures will be taken to protect and support the construction. At the same time, the town has also reported and proposed the Provincial People's Committee to allow support for assets attached to land created illegally (about 22 subjects), and to recover all remaining areas outside the project for partially demolished houses (about 18 subjects).
