Watch Ultimate smartwatch to arrive in Vietnam early 2024

Watch Ultimate is Huawei's latest product, belonging to the high-end smartwatch line, targeting customers who are passionate about exploration but still possess a traditional design. According to the latest announcement from the Chinese manufacturer, this device will be launched in the Vietnamese market on January 11, 2024, but the selling price has not been disclosed. The model has been on sale in some other markets around the world , with a reference price of over 20 million VND for the Voyage Blue version. This is also the version that will be officially sold in Vietnam.

In addition to Voyage Blue, Watch Ultra also has 2 other colors: Expedition Black (black, rubber strap) and the special Ultimate Design version (using many 18K gold-plated details) but will not be sold officially. While the Expedition Black costs less than 20 million VND, the Ultimate Design costs more than 80 million VND due to the use of more premium details and materials.

For the version launched in Vietnam, Huawei said it uses durable materials such as Zirconium liquid metal frame, nano-tech ceramic bezel and sapphire watch dial to bring aesthetics. Along with that are still smart features like many other smartwatches, so the device is suitable for many different spaces, from travel , meetings, parties... The device is equipped with a touch screen with LTPO AMOLED panel, 1.5 inches in size. The back contains a centrally located optical sensor cluster that measures heart rate, blood oxygen saturation SpO2,... and is also the place to contact the wireless charging dock.

Similar to the traditional watch design, Watch Ultimate still has 3 physical buttons to perform functions on the watch. The right side has 2 physical buttons and an external speaker. The top button is integrated with a rotating clown feature to help users quickly scroll through long content, reducing the need to touch the screen. The bottom button is Assist for users to quickly access workouts. The left side of the watch will be a button to measure ECG and a speaker strip that doubles as a drainage system.

Different from other Huawei smartwatch models, the Ultimate supports a special satellite connection feature. According to the manufacturer, this mode is specifically for users who love outdoor activities with dual-frequency GNSS 5 positioning capabilities to provide accurate map information, even when users go deep into areas without phone signal.
