In recent times, the Provincial Social Policy Bank has promptly disbursed capital for credit programs, helping poor and near-poor households and policy beneficiaries to develop production and business, create jobs, increase income, sustainably reduce poverty, ensure social security, and promote socio-economic development in localities.

As of December 31, 2024, the total policy credit capital of Vinh Phuc Social Policy Bank reached over VND 5,058 billion, an increase of over VND 547 million compared to the beginning of the year; total outstanding loans reached over VND 5,048 billion, an increase of over VND 543 million compared to the beginning of the year. Social policy credit capital has supported investment in production and business, creating jobs for over 31,100 poor households, near-poor households, newly escaped poverty households and other policy beneficiaries to access loans from the Provincial Social Policy Bank. Policy credit capital has helped poor households and policy beneficiaries in the area invest in production and business, create jobs, contributing significantly to the implementation of the goal and target of reducing the poverty rate of the province to 0.43%; the near-poor household rate to 1.16%.

In 2025, Vinh Phuc Social Policy Bank will continue to advise on the effective implementation of Directive No. 39 -CT/TW dated October 30, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on improving the effectiveness of social policy credit in the new period; Focus on advising the Provincial People's Committee to issue specific mechanisms and policies and supplement capital from the local budget entrusted to the Social Policy Bank for lending. Continue to coordinate with Departments, branches and units to advise localities to consider issuing specific mechanisms and policies of the province to serve socio-economic development, improve people 's lives, and sustainably reduce poverty; advise the Provincial People's Committee to stipulate specific subjects to support households with loans for households with average living standards in the period of 2025-2030.

Accompanying people in economic development, Vinh Phuc Social Policy Bank focuses on disbursing policy credit programs, meeting the demand for loans for production and business, creating jobs for people , contributing to the effective implementation of the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction, promoting socio-economic development in localities.
