On the occasion of attending the Cultural Exchange - Connecting Vietnamese - Korean Enterprises " Thai Binh Homecoming Day" and the 2023 Northern Delta International Agricultural Fair, on the afternoon of December 1, Comrade Truong Tan Sang, former Politburo member, former President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, came to offer incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple, Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese Farmers (Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City) and visit the heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs Temple.
