After attending the regular June 2024 meeting of the Dong Tam Party Cell, the Head of the Organizing Committee commended the village Party Cell for its rich meeting content, close to the reality of the village, and solving issues of concern to the people.

He also suggested that in the coming time, Dong Tam village Party Cell continue to closely follow the regulations of the Central Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on organizing and improving the quality of Party cell activities.

Exchanging professional knowledge on Party building and organization with the Minh Dan Commune Party Committee, members of the Working Group clarified the shortcomings in the management and organization of Party cell activities through attending activities at some village Party cells such as: The assignment of work is not specific, the Party members' records are not complete, the management is still confused, and there is no initiative in proposing solutions to carry out tasks.

Comrade Ma The Hong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee delivered a concluding speech at the working session with the Minh Dan Commune Party Committee.

In his concluding remarks at the meeting, Comrade Ma The Hong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, suggested that the Minh Dan Commune Party Committee should focus on better leadership in implementing Project No. 16-DA/TU of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on improving the quality of Party cell activities in the 2020-2025 period.

The Commune Party Committee needs to evaluate the assignment of Party Committee members to attend Party cell meetings to promptly point out limitations and better lead the implementation of Party cell meetings.

He hoped that the commune and village Party Committees must grasp the situation and closely follow the grassroots to continue to improve the leadership capacity of grassroots Party organizations, especially in leading economic development, maintaining and developing the criteria for building new rural areas; focusing on planning, training and developing cadres.
