Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh inspected the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Na Phac town.

Also attending were comrade Do Thi Minh Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nong Binh Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Ngan Son District Party Committee and representatives of local authorities.

Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the working session with the Party Committee and People's Committee of Na Phac town.

Reporting at the meeting, the leaders of Na Phac town said that in recent times, efforts have been made to promote economic restructuring, focusing on developing agriculture associated with services and trade, gradually improving people's lives. However, the town still faces many difficulties such as infrastructure conditions, poverty rate, and many households are still living in temporary and dilapidated houses.

Comrade Nong Binh Cuong, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary reported at the meeting.

The work of organizing and arranging cadres was carried out in accordance with regulations, the number of cadres who requested to resign according to their wishes was 06 comrades, all of whom were mentally assured. Regarding the work of eliminating temporary houses and dilapidated houses, the total number after review was 191 households, of which 14 households were implemented under the program for meritorious people; 29 households under the poverty reduction program; 34 households under the program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; 114 households under the socialization program. During the implementation process, 07 households were caught in the traffic safety corridor (these were households that had been living there before the approval of the town planning).

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the working delegation inspected a household in Lung Chang village (Na Phac town) that received support to build a new house.

After listening to the report and opinions of Na Phac town, comrade Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, suggested that the locality should focus on directing the completion of tasks with the viewpoint of not being lax, not leaving areas and fields vacant; ensuring smoothness, creating all conditions for people, organizations, businesses, and individuals to come to work. The town needs to complete all documents and procedures of programs and projects to ensure time. Focus on directing the spring crop production, production programs and projects.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee discussed and learned about the living conditions of the villagers.

Ngan Son district is one of the localities with a large number of temporary and dilapidated houses that need to be built, however, the number of households that do not register to build houses is also high (more than 300 households). Therefore, Ngan Son district needs to continue to promote propaganda and mobilize households to respond to support and build new houses to stabilize their lives.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee discussed with the town and Lung Chang village authorities about the work of eliminating temporary houses for people.

Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh visited and surveyed some households with housing difficulties and households that are building new houses in Lung Chang village. Here, she acknowledged the efforts of the people to overcome difficulties, and at the same time shared and encouraged the households to continue to strive in life. She highly appreciated the participation of local Party committees and authorities in implementing the housing support program for the poor, and at the same time requested the district and town to continue to carefully review, ensuring the support is for the right subjects, public, transparent and effective./.
