Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Phung Hoan spoke at the meeting with voters of district Y Yen. |
Voters of Ý Yên district proposed that the province consider supporting funding for the construction of new village cultural houses after merging villages and hamlets because the scale of villages and hamlets is larger, so the old cultural houses cannot ensure meetings and common activities of the new villages. Speed up the approval of procedures and investment documents for construction of concentrated residential area projects. Soon make a decision to reclaim the remaining area reserved for the highway of the Yên Bằng industrial cluster project; urge the investors of the Yên Bằng industrial cluster to soon return the traffic roads to the people and irrigation canals for production. Have a mechanism for budget collection for enterprises that exploit public land on river banks in Yên Bằng commune. Propose compensation and reclaim the distorted, slanted, and small areas after building the 490 development axis running through Yên Cường commune. The investment in the North-South Expressway project, phase 2, has been completed, but the project investor has not yet completed the resolution of some issues and some works returned to the people do not ensure quality, affecting traffic and people's lives. It is recommended that the province continue to build embankments and expand the embankment from the tile kiln to culvert No. 9, ensuring safety for households and production areas under Yen Loc commune; create conditions for Yen Loc commune to auction interspersed and adjacent land areas that have been planned; speed up the progress of granting land use right certificates after land consolidation; create conditions for granting land use right for areas of ancestral land and legalize land granted without authority from July 1, 2004 and before. It is recommended to install traffic lights at the intersection of the development axis road intersecting with Highway 57B in Yen Khang commune; Propose that the Electricity sector move some electric poles and clear some high-voltage electric poles in Yen Loc commune located in the roadway (due to expansion) to the edge of the road, ensuring traffic for the people. Propose that the province recommend to the National Assembly and the Government to prioritize energy security; not to let the current power outage situation happen. Propose that information be promptly responded to after resolving citizens' petitions and recommendations, to avoid petitioners deliberately causing insecurity and disorder. Propose that the province has sanctions to manage the situation of taking advantage of press activities to cause trouble and harassment in the locality.
Speaking at the meeting with voters, Comrade Nguyen Phung Hoan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, thanked voters for their constructive and practical opinions and recommendations that are directly related to the rights and lives of the people.
