Recognizing and praising the achievements of the province's youth in the past time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed: The Provincial Youth Union has closely followed the direction of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the direction of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union; always united, responsible, overcoming difficulties, focusing on leadership and direction to effectively and comprehensively implement all aspects of the work of the Youth Union, Association, and Team.

Thereby demonstrating the role and youthfulness of youth in carrying out political tasks of localities, agencies and units; the role and position of the Youth Union continue to be affirmed in the political system and in society.

Inheriting and promoting the glorious tradition of the Union, in the coming time, he suggested that the Provincial Union, all levels of the Union, Associations and Pioneers in the province continue to do a good job of advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and the Central Secretariat of the Union; strengthen coordination with departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, mass organizations, districts, cities, enterprises and businessmen to effectively implement the revolutionary action programs and political tasks of the Union.

Continue to effectively implement the Youth Union, Association, Pioneers and youth and children's movement programs in 2024 and the following years. In particular, promote emulation movements; enhance and innovate the youth volunteer movement for community life; demonstrate the role and youthfulness of youth in socio-economic development, new rural construction, digital transformation, tourism development...; focus on new and difficult tasks, with the motto "Where there is a need, there is youth, where there is difficulty, there is youth".

Continue to pay attention to and take care of building and consolidating strong Youth Union, Association and Team organizations; improve the operational efficiency of the Young Entrepreneurs Association, Youth and Children Center of the province.

Pay attention to training and fostering cadres of the Youth Union, Association, and Pioneers at all levels, especially at the grassroots level; improve the effectiveness of the Youth Union's activities in residential areas; pay attention to the work of uniting and gathering young people; continue to promote the movement of union members striving to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam...
