On February 22, Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a working session with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission on the results of the implementation of tasks in 2023 and the key directions and tasks in 2024. Attending the working session were Comrade Chamaléa Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission proactively advised the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to direct the concretization of many programs, plans, leadership directives, and effective implementation of the Party's mass mobilization work. It promptly directed and summarized the directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the central and provincial governments on mass mobilization work, ethnicity, and religion. In addition, with the responsibility of being the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations and the Provincial Steering Committee for religious work, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission also advised on the good implementation of the proposed work program, contributing to promoting the great national unity bloc, creating consensus in society, and consolidating the close relationship between the Party, the State, and the people.

Speaking at the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission in the past time. Regarding the key tasks in 2024, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to focus on advising the Standing Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the mass mobilization program to meet the requirements of the current period. Be more active and proactive in implementing the mass mobilization program; promote the implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations; mobilize the entire political system to participate in the implementation of key tasks, considering this an important content, creating momentum for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building a clean and strong Party and political system. On that basis, promote the people's mastery, strengthen the great national unity bloc, contribute to creating consensus, and strengthen the people's trust in the Party and the political system. Continue to innovate and improve the quality of advice for Party committees to effectively implement the Party's resolutions and directives on public service; improve the effectiveness of public service of state agencies; promote administrative procedure reform, democracy, publicity and transparency in management and operation activities; improve public ethics, sense of responsibility, and awareness of serving the people of cadres, civil servants and public employees. Continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of the activities of the Steering Committees on democratic regulations at all levels; review and supplement the operating regulations, perfect the Steering Committees on religious affairs, the Steering Committees on implementing democratic regulations at the grassroots level, the Steering Committee of Conclusion No. 61-KL/TW, the Steering Committee of the Program on coordination of activities between the Provincial Military Command and socio-political organizations of the province. Improve the quality and effectiveness of coordination programs between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Party executive committees, Party delegations, armed forces, the Fatherland Front, etc. Promote the development and replication of models and typical examples of "skillful mass mobilization" in economic development, solving social issues, ensuring national defense, security and building a strong political system. Continue to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, religious areas and religious people; grasp and resolve emerging and outstanding issues well.
