Comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lai Van Hoan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and presented gifts to Mr. Doan Huu Duc, a war invalid and resistance activist infected with toxic chemicals.

The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Doan Huu Duc, born in 1947, a 4/4 class war invalid, a resistance activist infected with toxic chemicals, residing in Group 7, Le Hong Phong Ward; and sick soldier Khong Van Hoi, born in 1948, residing in An Le village, Dong My commune, Thai Binh city.

At the families, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and dedication of the war invalids, sick soldiers and families of those who have rendered meritorious services to the cause of national independence. He kindly inquired about the health and lives of the families, hoping that the war invalids, sick soldiers and families of those who have rendered meritorious services would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, set good examples, and encourage their children and grandchildren to well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws, especially the major policies on the arrangement of administrative units and the streamlining of the political system, contributing to the entire Party and people in successfully carrying out the cause of building and innovating the homeland and the country.
