He affirmed: The Party and the State always care about the lives of the people, especially the poor, people in difficult circumstances, policy beneficiaries, and the disadvantaged. Thai Binh province in general and Thai Thuy district in particular have paid great attention, allocated budget, and mobilized philanthropists and businesses to take care of Tet for the people, ensuring that all poor households, near-poor households, policy families, and workers in difficult circumstances receive Tet gifts.
He hoped that people would continue to compete in labor production, rise up to escape poverty, and at the same time requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, political and social organizations of the province and Thai Thuy district to strive to successfully achieve the goals of socio-economic development, ensure security and defense, and continue to pay attention and devote resources to doing a good job of social security.
