The festival was held to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024). Also attending the festival were Mr. Nguyen Van Mau - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and local leaders.

Village 3 residential area has 3 solidarity groups with 235 households/1,036 people; the rate of ethnic minority households accounts for 74.5%; the rate of poor households accounts for 5.83%, near-poor households 7.17%. In the past time, the people of village 3 have promoted the spirit of solidarity, emulation in labor, production, economic development, and building cultural families.

Notably, in 2024, the whole village had 49 households escape poverty and 43 households escape near-poor poverty. In the residential area, 3 groups of households are raising breeding cows and 1 group of households raising pigs with 65 households participating.

During the year, the village renovated and repaired the community house with a budget of 800 million VND; upgraded and expanded rural roads with a budget of more than 1 billion VND.

The whole village has 141 families receiving support to build and repair houses from relief funds, the Fund for the Poor, Decision No. 90 of the Government and Resolution No. 13 of the Provincial People's Council...

Speaking at the festival, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung congratulated and shared joy with the results achieved by the Party Committee, government, organizations and people of village 3.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and all people of Village 3 to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity; effectively carry out movements and campaigns in residential areas.

Join hands to build new countryside, civilized lifestyle, preserve and promote traditional cultural beauty, eliminate backward customs and practices...

Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung suggested that each household promote good cultural traditions associated with building happy families; help each other in labor and production; join hands to keep the village environment clean and beautiful; have no social evils, no lawbreakers.

On this occasion, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung supported the locality to build 2 solidarity houses (60 million VND/house); presented 10 gifts (1 million VND/gift) to support people in difficult circumstances.
