Comrade Luu Xuan Lam holds the position of Deputy Director of Hai Duong Department of Science and Technology.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung presented the appointment decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to Comrade Luu Xuan Lam.

On the afternoon of April 3, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on accepting Comrade Luu Xuan Lam, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, to work and appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology. The term of office is 5 years, starting from April 2, 2024.

Speaking at the assignment ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung assessed that Comrade Luu Xuan Lam has good moral qualities, a high sense of responsibility, prestige, solidarity, internal cohesion within the agency, and good working capacity. In his new position at the Department of Science and Technology, Comrade Xuan Lam is requested to continue to inherit and promote the spirit of solidarity with the Party Committee and the Department's Board of Directors to proactively advise and focus on leading the implementation of all assigned tasks. Continue to improve the level of political theory, expertise, professionalism, and practical capacity to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation. The Board of Directors of the Department of Science and Technology will soon complete the Party Committee, assign tasks and create conditions and support for Comrade Xuan Lam to soon approach the work and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the appointment ceremony, Comrade Luu Xuan Lam thanked the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee for their attention and creating favorable conditions for him to strive, train, and grow. In his new position, he promised to continuously study and improve his professional qualifications and skills, and work with the Department of Science and Technology to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Luu Xuan Lam was born on May 19, 1976, from Lai Cach town (Cam Giang), with a professional qualification of agronomist, master's degree in agronomy from Agricultural University I (now Vietnam Agricultural Academy); advanced political theory qualification.

Comrade Luu Xuan Lam's working process is closely associated with the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations. From January 2000 to January 2007, he was a specialist, then Deputy Secretary General, Secretary General, Vice President of the Union. From October 2018 to present, he is Vice President, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations.
