Also attending were representatives of a number of local Party Newspaper agencies in provinces and cities across the country, along with all leaders, former leaders, cadres, civil servants and employees of Dien Bien Phu Newspaper through the periods.

With the moral of “When drinking water, remember its source”, “When eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree”, in a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs Temple.
Delegates also observed a moment of silence to commemorate the country's outstanding sons who fought bravely, sacrificed their blood and bones, and remained forever on the land of Dien Bien.

The delegates also offered incense to the heroic martyrs at the A1 Martyrs Cemetery - the resting place of 644 martyrs who participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign. Moved by the sacrifices and contributions of the martyrs, delegates from the central and local Party press agencies expressed their pride and determination to continue the tradition of their ancestors, strive to train and perform well the assigned political tasks, and contribute to the construction of their homeland and country.
