Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Truong Quoc Huy congratulated Ms. Sayaka Hattori on her appointment as General Director of Honda Vietnam Company; respectfully sent her best wishes for her health and a successful term in Vietnam. At the same time, he wished Honda Vietnam, under the leadership of Ms. Sayaka Hattori, to continue to maintain and promote its strengths in the field of automobile and motorbike manufacturing and trading.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that since investing in the province, Honda Vietnam and Ha Nam province have had close cooperation. Accordingly, along with its strong development steps, Honda Vietnam has created stable jobs for a large local workforce and made positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the province. On the Ha Nam side, in recent years, the province has always paid attention to and fulfilled its commitments to businesses, creating all favorable conditions for Honda Vietnam to operate and develop. The Provincial Party Secretary hoped that during his term in Ha Nam, the new General Director of Honda Vietnam Sayaka Hattori would continue to maintain a close relationship with Ha Nam province, accompanying the province to effectively carry out social security work in the area.

Ms. Sayaka Hattori, General Director of Honda Vietnam Company, thanked the leaders of Ha Nam province for always accompanying, supporting, and creating favorable conditions for Honda Vietnam to develop production and business in the province; at the same time, she said that, aiming to minimize negative impacts on the environment, Honda is researching and developing new products, especially the launch of electric vehicles for students. The new General Director of Honda Vietnam expressed her hope that Ha Nam province will continue to facilitate the operations of Honda Vietnam in the coming time and promised to always pay attention and direct the Board of Directors of Honda Ha Nam Factory to well implement the production and business plan; strictly comply with regulations on labor use, payment to the state budget, wages and welfare for employees, and actively participate in supporting the province's social security policies.
