On the afternoon of October 19, Comrade Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and congratulated the officials of the Provincial Women's Union on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2023) and the 13th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day. Accompanying him were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan acknowledged and commended the efforts and positive contributions of the Women's Union at all levels and female cadres and members in the province. In recent years, the Women's Union at all levels in the province has had many new, proactive and creative ways in the work of the Union and the Union movement, especially actively supporting women in economic development, poverty reduction, environmental protection, and new rural construction, thereby contributing to the good implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development of the province.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party committees and authorities at all levels always pay attention to and create conditions for the Women's Union at all levels to operate more effectively and practically, support members and women to develop comprehensively, and contribute to the overall development of the province. In the coming time, it is recommended that the Provincial Women's Union and Women's Unions at all levels continue to promote the fine traditions of Vietnamese women, unite, overcome difficulties and challenges, actively practice, improve knowledge, be confident and creative in all activities to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period. Focus on innovating the Union's activities in a practical and effective direction; pay attention to solving jobs, improving the quality of life for women members; build and replicate good models and practices at the grassroots level to further develop the Union's movements and activities.
The Provincial Party Secretary presented flowers and sent best wishes to all cadres, members, and women in the province in general and the Provincial Women's Union in particular.
Thanking the provincial leaders for their deep concern and facilitation, comrade Dao Thi Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Committee, President of the Provincial Women's Union, reported on some outstanding results in the activities of the Women's Union at all levels in the province, reported on key tasks, main targets in 2023 and practical activities to celebrate the founding day of the Vietnam Women's Union. At the same time, it demonstrated the determination of cadres, members, and women at all levels in the province to effectively implement the Resolution of the Women's Congress at all levels, term 2021-2026.
