Van Gia Port Border Guard Station: Helping people build "model gardens"

Officers of the Van Gia Port Border Guard Station helped people plant 30 additional sapodilla trees for the "model garden".

Accordingly, officers and soldiers of the Station organized fertilization for trees and planted 30 additional sapodilla trees for model gardens, with a total value of 5 million VND.

These two "model gardens" were built by the Van Gia Port Border Guard Station with the support of the people of Vinh Trung and Vinh Thuc communes (Mong Cai City) in June 2022, with a value of over 100 million VND. During the process of building the model garden, every month the Station sent officers and soldiers to work with the families to take care of and fertilize the trees.

Through these activities of the Station, it has continued to motivate local people to boldly invest in production, contributing to local socio-economic development; at the same time, it has continued to strengthen trust and close ties between the people and the Border Guard force in managing and firmly protecting national border sovereignty.
