Sour soup with fish and loquat

Ingredient:

+ 1 medium fish

+ 5 – 6 loquats

+ Dill, ginger, onion, tomato, chili

+ Seasonings: MSG, seasoning powder, yeast

How to make sour soup with fish and loquat

Step 1: Clean the fish, wash with salt or lemon, white wine to remove the fishy smell, drain. Then, marinate the fish with a little seasoning powder, MSG and let it soak for about 15 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into wedges; wash and chop the dill and green onions; smash and chop the ginger.

Add water to 1 tablespoon batch, stir well to filter the water. Scrub the apricots to remove the white powder, then wash them.

Step 2: Fry the fish. Boil a pot of water, then add the fried fish, tomatoes, ginger, chili, filtered mother's sauce and add the jujube. When the pot of soup boils, reduce the heat to simmer until the fish is cooked, then add the dill.

Sour Loquat Soup with Minced Meat

Ingredients for sour soup with jujube and minced meat

+ 200gr minced pork

+ 5 loquats

+ 2 tomatoes

+ 100gr bean sprouts

+ Purple onion, green onion

+ Seasoning powder, salt, MSG, fish sauce

How to cook sour soup with jujube and minced meat:

Step 1: Clean the white scales off the jujubes, wash them, and cut them in half. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges; peel and chop the shallots. Wash and chop the green onions and bean sprouts.

Step 2: Add a spoon of cooking oil to the pot, saute the chopped shallots until fragrant, then add the ground pork, season with salt and seasoning powder. Stir well until the meat is firm, then add the tomatoes and jujubes and stir together to release the sour juice.

Next, add about 400-500ml of water to the pot, cover and boil until the soup boils. Finally, season to taste and add the bean sprouts and green onions, stir well.

This soup is as simple to make as the fish soup above. The sour, refreshing taste of the loquat will bring a different flavor to the dish and is extremely delicious when eaten with pickled eggplant.
