How to make sour soup with fish and loquat

How to cook sour soup with jujube and minced meat:
Step 1: Clean the white scales off the jujubes, wash them, and cut them in half. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges; peel and chop the shallots. Wash and chop the green onions and bean sprouts.
Step 2: Add a spoon of cooking oil to the pot, saute the chopped shallots until fragrant, then add the ground pork, season with salt and seasoning powder. Stir well until the meat is firm, then add the tomatoes and jujubes and stir together to release the sour juice.
Next, add about 400-500ml of water to the pot, cover and boil until the soup boils. Finally, season to taste and add the bean sprouts and green onions, stir well.
