Internationally wanted subject "falls into the net" as soon as he lands at Noi Bai airport

On January 21, Quang Trach District Police (Quang Binh) said that the unit had just coordinated with Noi Bai Border Gate Police Station (Hanoi) to arrest internationally wanted subject Le Thi Diem My (born 1994), residing in Quang Trach District.

My was involved in a gambling case in Quang Trach district in January 2021. However, the subject fled to Japan to avoid being prosecuted for his crime.

The Investigation Police Agency, Quang Trach District Police have issued a nationwide wanted notice and requested Interpol to issue an international wanted notice for My.

On the evening of January 19, when My returned to Vietnam, the police intercepted and arrested her at Noi Bai airport.

Currently, Quang Trach District Police have transferred the subject to the locality for further handling according to the provisions of law.
