Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah inter-district tax team: Quickly operate stably according to the new model

After being established under the new model, the Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah Inter-District Tax Team under the Tax Department of Region XIV quickly arranged and stabilized its organization and personnel to ensure the timely and smooth implementation of tax management tasks and settlement of administrative procedures in the tax field.

According to the new organizational structure, the Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah Inter-District Tax Team is headquartered in Pleiku City, with a total of 166 officers, civil servants, and employees; 8 professional management and advisory teams, ensuring the Team's activities are stable, smooth, and timely in the management areas. Meanwhile, in Ia Grai and Chu Pah districts, a one-stop department is arranged to receive and handle administrative procedures in the tax field for people and businesses.

Mr. Tran Van Thanh - Head of the Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah Inter-District Tax Team informed: "After stabilizing the organization and assigning tasks to civil servants, the Team promptly deployed directives from superiors, informed taxpayers about the change of the unit's name, ensuring the reception and settlement of tax administrative procedures of people and businesses in the management area are smooth and uninterrupted".

Regarding the implementation of the business, Mr. Vo Dinh Ton - Head of the Other Revenue Management Team - said: "After the merger, the management area is larger, the number of taxpayers is larger, the management model changes from functional management to object management, requiring us to quickly approach to meet the requirements of the tasks. Since March 17, we have completed the reception and handover of data from 2 areas; currently we are continuing to manage according to the new organizational model".

For the tax officials, each individual strives to perform their work promptly and smoothly according to each assigned function and task. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Official of the Other Revenue Management Team - shared: "After the merger, each person has just received new tasks, handed over old tasks, and supported each other to get in tune with the new operating model.

At first, the amount of work that needed to be processed was huge. Therefore, we worked overtime to quickly approach and resolve the work for taxpayers in a timely manner. In addition, we grasped data to perform well the assigned tasks and work."

In the province, the Tax Department established 6 inter-district tax teams under the Tax Department of Region XIV, including: Dong Gia Lai inter-district tax team, headquartered in An Khe town, managing the areas of An Khe town, Dak Po, Kong Chro, Kbang; Nam Gia Lai inter-district tax team, headquartered in Ayun Pa town, managing the areas of Ayun Pa, Phu Thien, Ia Pa, Krong Pa; Chu Se-Chu Puh inter-district tax team, headquartered in Chu Se district, managing the areas of Chu Se and Chu Puh districts; Duc Co-Chu Prong inter-district tax team, headquartered in Duc Co district, managing the areas of Duc Co and Chu Prong districts; Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah inter-district tax team, headquartered in Pleiku city, managing the areas of Pleiku city, Ia Grai, and Chu Pah.

Following the directives of superiors, the Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah Inter-District Tax Team has thoroughly instructed the entire unit to strengthen discipline and order, uphold the sense of responsibility of the leaders, and ensure that state tax management is not interrupted after the organizational restructuring.

At the same time, the unit proactively monitors tax management activities in areas under its management, ensuring smooth and timely work handling procedures, without affecting production and business activities and tax obligations of taxpayers.

“With high political determination, the Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah Inter-District Tax Team focuses on implementing tax management and state budget collection in the management areas according to the assigned estimates to ensure the budget collection progress in the first quarter of 2025 and the following quarters,” emphasized the Team Leader of the Pleiku-Ia Grai-Chu Pah Inter-District Tax Team.
