Dialogue with households in Khac Niem ward whose land was recovered in the Ring Road 4 project

The People's Committee of Bac Ninh city has just organized a dialogue with households and individuals in Khac Niem ward whose residential land area has not yet received compensation and support for the Investment and Construction Project of Ring Road 4 - Capital Region.

Conference overview

The Ring Road 4 project through Khac Niem ward has a total compensation and support land area of ​​nearly 16,300 m2; related to 86 households and individuals with residential land in the area with a total cost of more than 409 billion VND. After a long period of organizing propaganda and mobilization, up to now, 61/86 households and individuals have received compensation and handed over site clearance (GPMB) for the State to implement the project. The remaining households have not received compensation and support because they still have questions about the compensation price for assets on the land which is not close to reality and request to arrange additional resettlement plots for households losing large areas of land...

At the dialogue, the leaders of Bac Ninh city assigned the City Land Fund Development Center to continue to coordinate with relevant units and families whose land was recovered in the project to review and carefully inspect each construction item, thereby advising the City People's Committee to approve additional compensation unit prices for eligible cases to ensure legitimate rights for the people.

For cases where compensation and support have been checked and responded according to regulations but the case is intentionally not received, the City People's Committee shall issue a Decision on compulsory land recovery according to Conclusion No. 1169 dated March 20, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee so that the project can be implemented on schedule./.
