How to interview candidates?
From now until the end of the year, the number of businesses in Bac Giang province registering to recruit personnel through the Employment Service Center has reached 50,000 positions.
Of which, Foxconn (Hong Hai General Technical Corporation) has the highest recruitment demand, 3,000-5,000 positions.
Previously, Luxshare ICT Co., Ltd. completed the recruitment of more than 10,000 workers in August.
According to the announcements of the above units, the recruitment requirements for workers are not too high. For general labor, the companies require workers to be over 18 years old and in good health. In particular, the income level for these positions can be up to 12 million VND/month.

In her third year working at Luxshare ICT Co., Ltd. (Van Trung, Bac Giang), Ms. Leo Thi Mui (born in 1986, in Quy Son, Luc Ngan, Bac Giang) recalls that the application process for the company was quite simple.
Through a friend's introduction, Ms. Mui came to the company to apply for a job. During the interview, the HR department asked her basic information, including whether she had experience working as a factory worker.
"The HR department's questions are also very basic. For unskilled workers, the interview is easy and not stressful at all," said Ms. Mui.
A few days after the interview, she was called and accepted and participated in the training process before officially starting work. At that time, the company had many orders, overtime was up to 60 hours/month, income was 9-10 million VND/month.
This amount of money is enough for the family to live and to educate 3 children. Her house is 50km from the company. To save money on rent, she chose to travel by company car every day at a cost of 1 million VND/month.
If she works the first shift, she has to wake up at 4:30 a.m. to catch the bus at 5:30 a.m. She works in a regular room, in the charging department. In recent months, her work has been more regular, and she earns about 7-8 million VND per month.
Clean room, wear protective clothing
Ms. Duong Thi Xuan has just resigned from Luxshare ICT Co., Ltd. to continue improving her foreign language skills and prepare to work in Taiwan (China). She has worked for 1.5 years for Apple's partner company, in the headphone manufacturing department.
"Recruiting for a worker position is quite easy. Workers apply, submit their resume, have an interview and wait for the company to call them to work," Ms. Xuan recalls.
After being recruited, she was trained by the company for 1 month on working regulations and rules. After becoming proficient, she went directly to the factory to work.
Her job requires her to work in a clean room. This is a specially designed room with controlled temperature, humidity, and dust particles maintained at the lowest level to avoid harmful effects from the outside environment.
Workers must wear protective clothing when entering the workplace. Ms. Xuan said: "My job is not too hard. Each workshop has a line manager, and I will assist the line manager."

Every day, Ms. Xuan will stand at the machine to check the product quality. The headphones will run through that machine to detect if there are any errors.
When she started working, her basic salary was 4.9 million VND, then increased to 5 million VND/month. Including overtime, she could earn more than 10 million VND/month.
However, the repetitive work did not help her gain more knowledge and skills. Therefore, she decided to quit her job to find a job that could help her develop further.
Director of Bac Giang Employment Service Center Nguyen Van Hue said that the above companies often introduce jobs to workers through the center. Through observation, the recruitment requirements for general labor positions are not strict. After being recruited, workers will participate in internal training courses within the company.
According to Mr. Hue, adding up all salaries and allowances, workers can earn 9-10 million VND/month.
