The contest was organized by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army with 16 excellent teams representing units under the Ministry of National Defense participating. The contest was organized to raise awareness, responsibility and leadership skills, and to organize and carry out mass mobilization tasks for cadres and soldiers; at the same time, to build the image of a "Good mass mobilization unit" throughout the army.

Lam Dong Provincial Military Command is the unit that won first prize in the Military Region-level Skillful Mass Mobilization Competition in 2024 and was sent by Military Region 7 to represent the entire army in the Southern region in 2025. The Military Region 7 Command also assigned the Military Region 7 Art Troupe to coordinate with the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command to establish a Competition Team of 15 members to participate in the Competition.

The competition stands out for its high practicality, focusing on the application of knowledge and skills in mass mobilization into actual work. The competition sections are designed in a variety of ways, from introducing typical models, handling situations to performing dramatic skits, all of which are presented by the teams in a creative, rich and rich way with Vietnamese cultural identity.

In the final result, the Military Region 7 Team left a deep impression with an outstanding performance with the theme: Military Region 7 Armed Forces strengthen friendly ties, support and help ethnic and religious compatriots. In the part introducing the unit and the area, the Military Region 7 Team created a script with the theme of the Eastern Army and People, complete and affectionate. For the part introducing a typical, practical and effective model of mass mobilization work, the Team created the musical Returning to the Village.

With the close and regular leadership and direction of the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Military Region Command, the Military Region Political Department, along with the careful, serious, and meticulous preparation and high sense of responsibility of each collective and individual, the Military Region 7 Competition Team won the excellent prize at the Skillful Mass Mobilization Competition and excelled in the writing contest on the chosen topic, and was awarded a flag and certificate of merit by the General Department of Politics.

Major General Tran Vinh Ngoc - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 7, together with heads of departments and offices of the Military Region and representatives of the Provincial Military Command took souvenir photos with the team members during the training process.

The results achieved at the Contest are not only the pride of the officers and soldiers of Military Region 7 but also contribute to further enhancing the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers in this particularly important area, especially at a time when the whole country is looking forward to the event of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
