Movie Detective Kien: The Headless Case by director Victor Vu had a film introduction before its release in theaters. With spiritual and thrilling colors, the film created a big buzz thanks to the level of investment and grandeur of the film premiere.

Changing the release date 2 weeks earlier, right on the occasion of April 30 - May 1, this means that Victor Vu's film will have a direct "confrontation" with director Ly Hai's project.

Speaking about this, Victor Vu said the reason for postponing the screening date was a collective decision. Therefore, he could not decide alone.

"In my opinion, the April 30 - May 1 holiday is one of the biggest holidays, so if the audience has a rich and diverse "feast" of cinema, that is a good thing. I hope the audience will love all the films released during this year's holiday." he shared.

Director Victor Vu also affirmed that Detective Kien will be a "satisfying, emotional and extremely entertaining" film that he wants to bring to the audience.

Director Victor Vu said Detective Kien is a milestone marking the 20-year journey of filmmaking, so it will have many special features compared to previous projects.

“This is a very special film for me personally. Every day of my 20 years in the industry, I work with the spirit of a child, always wanting to learn and discover new things. Making this project is my dream.

Since I was a teenager, I have loved reading and watching detective stories and movies. But most of those movies were Western movies. I longed for the day I would be able to make a purely Vietnamese detective movie." director said.

Dinh Ngoc Diep returns with a difficult role.

Taking on the lead role, actor Quoc Huy confirmed that he had surpassed his limits when taking on the action scenes in the film. Although he is afraid of heights, he did not hesitate to practice to complete the dangerous scenes in the most realistic way.

Actress Dinh Ngoc Diep - Victor Vu's wife described this role as a difficult challenge for her. “I had to balance the psychology of someone who had just lost a loved one and the carefree, thoughtless personality of Hai Man. Victor and the scriptwriter team also worked closely with me to help perfect this role,” the actress confided about this comeback.

As for Tin Nguyen, she also spoke frankly about participating in two films participating in this year's "cinema party" during the holidays.

“Being a part of two films released during the holiday season this year is a very special opportunity for me. I feel grateful and happy to be a part of such an exciting film season, where Vietnamese audiences can enjoy many quality works from our own cinema.
