Two classmates from the same district school... won the top prize at Ha Tinh specialized school

They are Nguyen Tran Ban Mai and Le Thao My - class 9A, Phan Huy Chu Secondary School, Thach Ha district (Ha Tinh).

Surprise, joy and pride were the overwhelming emotions of Nguyen Tran Ban Mai and her family during a long sleepless night when receiving the results of the 10th grade entrance exam to Ha Tinh Specialized High School. The score of 53.5, in which the specialized subject score was 9, helped Ban Mai become the valedictorian of the Literature specialized class.

Ban Mai shared: “This year’s Literature exam was quite good, especially the social discussion section on the issue: “Knowing when to stop” - quite new and unique. I really liked this issue and put all my knowledge, understanding, concepts and life experiences into the essay. After 150 minutes and 21 pages of writing, I was quite satisfied with a complete essay.”

With the advantage of having a mother who is a Literature teacher, from a young age Ban Mai was inspired by her mother, her love of literature through stories, books and the ability to handle and solve different types of questions. That love grew in her through the emotional, engaging and attractive lectures of the teachers at school. The compliments and encouragement from her mother, teachers and friends really gave Ban Mai more strength and confidence in the path she had chosen.

That is the feeling of Le Thao My - the valedictorian of History when she felt about her subject. Her love for History and knowledge of the subject were excellently expressed throughout her essay, fully reflecting the historical process of the struggle for independence and freedom of the nation.

This is also the important content that I have learned and reviewed carefully, and is the deciding factor that helped Thao My win the top position in the History class with a total score of 53.5, including a score of 9.25 on the specialized exam.

His encouragement and inspiring lessons motivated me and ignited my love for this subject. And until now, I can confirm that I made the right choice,” Thao My shared.

Therefore, she took advantage of every moment to self-study and accumulate knowledge through websites and documents provided by teachers.
