The book cover redesign contest not only breathes new life and excitement into a unique community, but also serves as a bridge for many readers who share the same love and interest in books to connect with each other.
Contestant Vu Hoang Yen shared: "Before this contest, I did not know about Nha Nam Reading Club. It is a pity to have missed an interesting address to discuss knowledge about books.
Besides traditional activities like book reviews, I think book-loving community groups also need to create popular events like book cover redesign contests to attract more readers."

Explaining the appeal of the contest, the Organizing Committee stated that, in reality, besides the content, the form of the book such as the book cover, illustrations, and quality of printing paper... are also important factors that help books attract and reach readers.
One of the proofs is Nha Nam's recent book cover design and illustration contests such as the book cover design contest Kill the Knight Commander , the book illustration contest Noble Soul , and the design contestThe World is an Open Book always receive a lot of attention from readers.
In addition, this contest also has additional award categories with extremely unique criteria, emphasizing novelty, not requiring adherence to the book content, helping readers to freely participate in their creativity.
These are the Creative Design category (the entry criteria uses the most creative materials, layouts or interpretations) and the Far-reaching Design category (the entry criteria has the most far-reaching design with the official cover) .
"This novelty can be said to be an important factor that inspires many readers to participate and creates a widespread influence for the contest. More than 60% of the works pursue humorous and creative criteria. The "one-of-a-kind" ideas also receive attention and a large amount of interaction," said the Organizing Committee.
The Nha Nam book cover redesign contest has awarded 16 categories of prizes. The best entries will be displayed at the upcoming Nha Nam Book Fair.
