Commitment of the Government of Vietnam
Speaking at the seminar, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that economic relations and investment projects of Chinese enterprises are not yet commensurate with the good relations between the two countries. Therefore, the two sides need to further promote the connection between the two economies, one of the focuses of which is connecting enterprises. Enterprises, according to him, need to actively and proactively connect and support each other in the spirit of "harmonized benefits, shared risks", "harmonized interests between the State, people and enterprises".

Along with that, Vietnam commits to improving governance and institutional capacity, ensuring “3 communications”: smooth infrastructure, open mechanisms, and smart governance. The Government will listen to and understand businesses; share visions and actions; work together, win together, enjoy together, develop together, share joy, happiness and pride.
