Pioneering enterprises in technological innovation for integration and development

After 2 years of research and testing, in 2024, A99 Trading and Construction Company Limited, Ngoc Thanh Commune (Phuc Yen) launched a line of smart firewood stove products using natural firewood and wood as raw materials, especially firewood stoves manufactured with smokeless technology and techniques that both save fuel and protect the environment.

With an aerodynamic system design that helps burn fuel completely, does not emit smoke and can withstand temperatures up to 1,580 degrees Celsius. Along with that, using energy from natural biomass firewood has limited air pollution, minimizing the impact of climate change.

Currently, smart wood stoves have been chosen by many families. The enterprise currently has a production scale of 1,000 stoves/month; creating jobs and stable income for 30 local workers.

As one of the enterprises leading the trend of technological development in the garment industry, Vietnam Garment Manufacturing Company Limited (Ba Thien 2 Industrial Park - Binh Xuyen) has invested in modern sewing lines to minimize the amount of dust and noise generated during the production process; training high-quality human resources to meet the job requirements in the new situation. Currently, most of the production stages from fabric cutting, overlock sewing, goods counting to timekeeping and payroll are all performed on computers, helping to increase productivity and output for businesses.

Previously, most of the stages in the production process had to be done manually, which was both time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the products were not uniform. The process of automation and digital transformation has brought certain efficiency in labor productivity and product quality, thereby helping businesses increase the competitiveness of garment products in the export market.

Currently, 100% of the company's products are exported to retail corporations in the US market and some European countries with world-class fashion brands and labels.

The whole province has more than 17 thousand registered enterprises with a total investment capital of nearly 300 thousand billion VND, of which more than 10 thousand enterprises are operating in production and business, creating stable jobs for 600 thousand workers, contributing 90% of the total budget revenue of the province.

In order for businesses to participate in the global supply chain and take advantage of opportunities from the Free Trade Agreements that Vietnam has signed, many businesses have proactively improved factories, invested in technology, and innovated management models.

Along with that, the province has built mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of high-tech projects, large projects, new trends, digital transformation, green growth, and circular economy.

Up to now, the whole province has more than 10 thousand digital signatures of companies and enterprises used for digital signing, authentication, and implementation in electronic transactions in the form of providing equipment and using such as Token, Sim, HSM, Smart; 100% of enterprises and taxpayers declare, pay and refund taxes electronically; more than 10 thousand small and medium enterprises use digital platforms in management, operation, production, business...

In 2024 alone, the whole province has 7 products of 4 enterprises including Vitto Group Joint Stock Company, Xuan Hoa Vietnam Joint Stock Company, A My Industrial Joint Stock Company, Vinh Phuc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company honored as Vietnam National Brand, in which the enterprises have applied modern technology, pioneered environmentally friendly production solutions, met the domestic market and expanded exports.

In the context of increasingly fierce competition and strong development of science and technology, technological innovation is a key factor helping businesses improve production capacity, create added value and affirm their position in the market.

In the coming time, the province will continue to accompany and support all levels, sectors and localities through appropriate policies and clear orientations to encourage businesses to boldly invest and apply advanced and modern technology in production; implement training programs and foster human resources in the field of science and technology; prioritize attracting high-tech and environmentally friendly projects.
