The Vietnam Golden Star Award is one of the most prestigious awards for outstanding brands and enterprises in Vietnam to honor business brands in international economic integration. Since its launch in 2003, the Vietnam Golden Star Award has voted and honored 2,527 typical Vietnamese brands and products. Many prestigious enterprises in Thanh Hoa have been honored to receive this title.
In 2024, Tien Nong Agricultural Joint Stock Company (Tien Nong) was honored for the 6th time in the top 100 Golden Stars of Vietnam. With a journey of 30 years, Tien Nong has become a leading enterprise in the field of providing plant nutrition products and solutions, contributing to increasing productivity, agricultural product value and improving economic efficiency for farmers. Continuously improving and innovating products, Tien Nong's research work is still being invested heavily, especially in infrastructure and technology with a national standard laboratory number VILAS 1519 serving the research process, from nutritional analysis to product quality testing, demonstrating the company's commitment to developing high-quality products, new generation fertilizer lines, suitable for many types of crops and soils.

In 2024, in addition to Tien Nong Agricultural Industry Joint Stock Company, Thanh Hoa also has 3 other typical enterprises, namely Viet Hung Group Joint Stock Company, Hoang Tuan Company Limited and Precision Mechanical Engineering 11 Company Limited, Z111 Thanh Hoa Factory, honored to receive the title of Vietnam Golden Star. These are all typical enterprises of Thanh Hoa province, meeting comprehensive criteria on the "front" of production, business and responsibility to the community.
Viet Hung Group Joint Stock Company (Thanh Hoa City) is a multi-industry enterprise, such as real estate, education, restaurants. Established in 2009, facing many difficulties and challenges; however, with acumen in management and operation, the enterprise has developed in the right direction with appropriate strategies. Currently, the enterprise has 15 member companies including subsidiaries, affiliated teams, joint ventures, and associates, owning more than 500 excellent staff and workers with high professional capacity in various fields. On the foundation of construction as a support, through the construction and development of industrial clusters and factories, the enterprise has contributed to promoting the development of local industry, creating more jobs for thousands of workers. Service works, restaurants in Nga Son district, and the Victory EDU education system have also contributed to building a high-quality educational environment, helping children access modern teaching content and methods.
It is known that in 2024, the Vietnam Golden Star Award honored 200 typical and excellent enterprises in production, business, brand building and international integration. In 2024, the total assets of enterprises reached about 8 million billion VND, revenue reached 799,000 billion VND, profit reached 115,000 billion VND, paid 65,000 billion VND to the budget and created jobs for 405,000 workers. These are enterprises with great contributions, especially the dynamism, creativity and pioneering spirit of the business community in the context of deep international integration; demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly, seize opportunities, overcome difficulties, and affirm their position in the international arena.
With Thanh Hoa's honored enterprises, along with effective production strategies, they are also socially responsible enterprises. Typically, every year, Tien Nong spends billions of VND on charity activities for the community such as: the program to sponsor more than 200 orphans, support workers in difficult circumstances, support people affected by natural disasters and floods; donate funds to build houses for poor households. Enterprises such as Viet Hung Group Joint Stock Company; Hoang Tuan Company Limited also actively participate in many charity programs, support the construction of charity houses, support people affected by natural disasters, support the lives of people in difficult circumstances. These are special marks, demonstrating the pioneering role of Thanh Hoa enterprises with the aspiration to develop associated with building a better community.
