In many enterprises in Quang Ngai, which employ a large number of female workers, most of them have milk storage rooms for workers who are nursing young children, which have been systematically invested in by the companies. Three times a day, 20 minutes each time is the time female workers use to express milk for their children, contributing to creating conditions for female workers to prolong the time of breastfeeding their children.

Sharing with reporters, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Phuong, who is working at Toray International Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Quang Ngai branch, said: "I just started working, but the company still arranged time to express milk for my child, so I can work with peace of mind, and at the same time, my child is growing up healthy..."
Toray International Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Quang Ngai branch currently has about 600 workers, of which female workers account for 80%. Over the years, the company's union has always closely coordinated with the enterprise, taking good care of the lives of workers, especially female workers. Policies such as salary, bonus, insurance... are fully and promptly implemented by the company. When signing collective agreements, many enterprises have many policies to prioritize female workers.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Le Thanh Phong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Toray International Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Quang Ngai branch said that according to the law, female employees who are 7 months pregnant are only allowed to take leave, but the company always creates conditions for them to take leave earlier to ensure their health and have a smooth birth.
According to the Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Zones Trade Union, through annual inspections by trade unions at all levels, most businesses are interested in policies for female workers.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Pham Thai Duong - Chairman of the Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Zones Trade Union said that in addition to the legal policies prescribed for female workers, most enterprises have favorable provisions for female workers, which are shown in the collective labor agreement commitment table. Especially for pregnant workers and those raising young children, enterprises have policies to support female workers, creating motivation for female workers to work with peace of mind, promoting production and business activities...
